How to use the Fill Rate Accelerator

The Fill Rate Accelerator can be very useful when you are having a difficult time filling jobs for a specific position or school location.

1. On the blue menu bar, select Assignments.
2. Then select Open Schedule Board.
   
3. Click on the job you want to modify.
4. Scroll down to Update Fill Rate Accelerator.
5. Use the up and down arrows to add additional pay to the job.
   
6. Click Update once you are happy with your changes.
